Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this house is also perfectly placed for easy access for public transport (tram/bus) to Mcr city centre, both Utd and City’s grounds, Co-op Live and Mcr Arena and Mcr Airport. It’s a few minutes walk to the local shops and also only a 15 minute walk to restaurants, cafes and pubs. This house has a pull out double sofa bed so it can house up to six guests comfortably. Lovely peaceful garden to the rear.

A stone’s throw from Alexandra Park and very close to public transport providing easy access to the city centre in under 15 minutes. We have recently renovated the house so there are 2 brand new bathrooms and a new washer dryer and dishwasher installed. There are 2 parking spaces attached the property for guests to use secured in our gated car park. You will not find another house like this one.

Top (twelfth) floor apartment in gated building. Fully accessible with level entrance and powered gates and doors from street to lift to flat. Dishwasher, washer/drier. Amazing views of the city. Secure parking available for one vehicle. Ten minutes walk from huge swathes of Manchester centre. Bus stops outside for chorlton or Piccadilly. Deansgate train/tram is ten minutes away. As is Oxford road station. This is one of my homes and is not intended for parties.
