Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Whatcom County

We loved the seclusion and nature that surrounded this lovely home. It was the perfect size for our group of 7 with three teenagers and four adults.

Emma's place was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for all of us - including our 2 big dogs! The decor is lovely, just like the pictures, but free from clutter, which I appreciated. The kitchen had every item we needed to make our meals. The sauna and cold soak tub were a very appreciated bonus! The neighborhood is very peaceful, and felt safe for walking our dogs. Most importantly was how kind, gracious, and communicative Emma was. She allowed us to check in early, which helped us immensely, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

One of my favorite air b n b’s I have ever stayed in! Every detail was so thoughtfully curated. I absolutely loved the claw foot bath and all the gradients and textures of wood. The artistry was incredible. I felt right at home here and would love to come back again and again! Also it’s a very easy walk into downtown Bellingham which has many awesome coffee shops and bars! Very fun! Nick was so awesome! Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful private home close to amenities. Very well equipped. Perfect for families especially with small children. Hot tub was a delight in the rain!

Nice house, accurately described, great location! One thing the description doesn't mention is that there are DINOSAURS (made out of driftwood) along the beach, which was a super cool surprise. One thing to note is that the house is close to the refinery, so there are lights at night and some smells, although low tide accounts for some of that and can't be avoided.

Came here for an Easter getaway. Love everything about this home and would most certainly stay again given the opportunity. Thank you again for sharing!

One of our favorite experiences on Airbnb in years. There are countless thoughtful touches to this Airbnb - the generous snacks/drinks, extra space heaters in individual rooms, chargers in the common spaces, the curated movie collection. It's additionally absolutely spotless, easy check in, with a responsive and kind host. A stand out - you won't regret it!

Echo everyone else’s reviews and then some! Stacey’s place is a gem. The setting is stunning, so private. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated with lots of interesting artwork and books. It’s a real home that clearly has been well loved. We were a little concerned about the trains as we’ve camped at Larrabee State Park before. We didn’t really notice them during the day and at night for those sleeping in the downstairs bedrooms. We put the heavy sleepers in the first floor bedrooms! The house, setting, and the reasonable price compensated for any disturbance. We’ll definitely be back with kayaks, Dot Island was calling! We enjoyed our stay at Jessa & Kevin's place. It's very comfortable and well setup. It's very close to Whatcom Falls (and Lafeens donuts) and a very peaceful setting. We appreciated the goodie basket. The hosts were very responsive, we would return!

Great location and cheaper option compared to similar listings in the area. There are two bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom is attached to the living room and only has a curtain for separation. Would probably be fine for two couples depending on how much you value privacy.

This place is so peaceful, and something about the place feels like a hug. Be aware that if you are looking to walk to restaurants, this is not your place. But if you are looking for a peaceful and nurturing environment, you've found it! We will definitely be back!

We loved this place! It’s close to Whatcom Falls, Western (10 min to north campus), and grocery stores. It was a perfect size for three of us to stay with room for one or two more to visit and exactly as described in the listing. Brenda was very responsive. We enjoyed having the kettle and French press for both the coffee drinking and tea drinking members of the family :). We’ll be saving it in our Bellingham list for future visits.

Our family had a great stay at William's cabin. The location was perfect for playing up at Baker and a winter hike along the river. The cabin was comfortable and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. William was very responsive before and during our stay. We'll be back!

This tiny little cabin was so fun to stay at during our visit at Mt. Baker. We enjoyed walking the property and cooking meals at the cabin. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were very high quality for an Airbnb. Check in was a breeze, cabin was easy to find and well marked. Excited to rent one of the other properties on site next time. Great stay! Thank you hosts!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend of snowboarding at Mt Baker! Would highly recommend for groups of friends or family.

Kristen's cabin was great! Clean, cozy, quiet, and the hot tub was a great touch! The Airbnb had great amenities! Kristen and her husband were very prompt and communicating and check in and check out procedures were easy. Would stay here again! Great location for Mt. Baker skiing!
