Great for families and groups!

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. With a bar, snooker room, TV room, 64mbps WIFI, darts, foosball, boardgames, gas fired BBQ, and huge garden, there is lots to do. This former Inn has loads of character and is very conveniently located near the A1 giving easy access to many of the attractions in the area. The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.
