Holiday rentals with a kayak in Whitianga

This home was great for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. The Cathedral Cove walk took us 1hr one way from the doorway, was great not to need our car. The beach, cafes and restaurants were a short walk. Excellent value for money and Tina was kind and responded promptly to our needs.

We loved our stay at the white house. No one was staying the night before so Ana let us check in early as the house was already ready and the kids were absolutely thrilled with all the toys and the little splash pool and Netflix . Ana was very responsive when we had questions and when i messaged her about an issue with the smoke alarm she had a handy man there replacing it within a few hours. The house was perfect for us and the outdoor space was great including the undercover seated area. Sad we didnt get time to use the boogie boards but we had a fun jaunt on the kayak. Thankyou!

Loved staying here, cozy kiwi Bach. A 2 min walk from the beach. Arrived to a clean and peaceful space and had a wonderful time. Would definitely return.

We loved our time at this waterfront home. So far it’s our favourite place of all the places we’ve visited in New Zealand. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the location right on the ocean with amazing views and direct beach access was absolutely fabulous. Karin was an amazing host. Great communication. She had an excellent coffee maker and provided the coffee beans and she also left us a gift of wine. The place is well stocked and really worked well for our multi-family stay.

We loved our stay. The view was beautiful. It was a fantastic location for exploring the Coromandel.

We absolutely loved the view! It’s stunning, especially at high tide over the bay. Early mornings were beautiful, with a magical sunrise from our bed !! We enjoyed breading on the deck and could watch the view for hours. The house was well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great too. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the spa, as it couldn’t be heated during our stay. Being pregnant and sensitive to synthetic scents, I struggled with the various fragrance diffusers.

Can’t recommend Mark’s place enough - it was an absolute delight. It’s a great space, had everything we needed and more, and was perfect for us and our small kids. Would also be great for a group of adults. The location is great for exploring the coromandel (loads of beaches within easy drives, the driving creek railway, big supermarket, fish and chips on the beach etc etc). Had a fantastic trip and would happily come back.

Host was very accomadating to our group. Perfect for a night in Whitianga!
