Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Whitianga

A lovely spot to stay on a very busy weekend. Walking distance to the beach and close to the action when we wanted it to be. Clean and tidy and good amenities. Good communication and clear instructions helped a lot.

Abby’s property is a gem. The space is very relaxing and inviting. It has a lot of character and you can tell it is well loved and taken care of. Abby did an excellent job communicating with us and walked us through the spa and sauna directions. I could easily spend many days just enjoying the space they have here. Thanks again!

Amy’s house is stunning, the photos don’t do it justice, a really luxurious stay. It is less than a minutes walk on the beach, and the outside shower is a real bonus when coming back sandy, great design!location wise as well as being practically on the beach, all the town cafes and blackies are easily walkable. Outside space is amazing - pool, bar and hot tub, sofa seating all around the house in both sun and shade, and great dining space inside and out. All bedrooms had comfy mattresses and bedding, clean spacious bathrooms. Generous office Desk space and WiFi was strong. Useful to be able to put our bikes in the garage for safety. Amy was responsive and proactive at making sure we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Finally, must mention the whole home smells like a luxury resort, together with all the tropical planting outside it was like a holiday somewhere exotic!

Fabulous place to stay! Great location. The house was very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen with every thing you need. There is a lovely outdoor area out the front and the spa was a luxury. There are three good sized bedrooms, the beds are quite firm, but fine for a short stay. Gina and George are so kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

We absolutely loved the view! It’s stunning, especially at high tide over the bay. Early mornings were beautiful, with a magical sunrise from our bed !! We enjoyed breading on the deck and could watch the view for hours. The house was well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great too. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the spa, as it couldn’t be heated during our stay. Being pregnant and sensitive to synthetic scents, I struggled with the various fragrance diffusers.

We enjoyed our brief stay in Whitianga! Jennie’s house was the perfect size for our family of four and it had everything we needed. It was clean and Jennie did a nice job of communicating with us. I liked that her friend met us at the house and showed us around - nice touch!

We stayed for a wedding in a near by area and it was perfect for the long weekend. Great location and size for the 4 of us, and great location to the beach/restaurants. Rachel was super responsive and helpful. Would be ideal to not need to bring linen and towels but it was fine to do.

We had a wonderful time here, the villa is peaceful, comfortable and caters for every need. The inside and outdoor spaces are well equipped, spacious and relaxing. Sharlene is a great host who was very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here, it's a lovely haven close to the sea.

Fantastic stay in Matarangi! Beautiful house with beautiful finishings. Very well equipped and had everything you could need. We loved the little touches of luxury everywhere. Super easy walk to the beach, we loved using the big beach trolley to get to and from with all the gear. Amazing location! We travelled over from Switzerland and loved everything Matarangi had to offer. A slice of paradise! Thank you for sending the belongings left behind! We hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

We recently stayed at Jenny’s house with extended family, overall we had a fantastic time. The house has unbeatable views, is well stocked with the basics, and the pool/hot tub were great. It is also a very quick drive to Hot Water beach and Hahei. Jenny was also very responsive and a wonderful host. We would certainly go back for another stay.

The Cooks beach Resort is a lovely place with great facilities. It is very well maintained and clean. Highly recommend.

Used to come here heaps as a kid and has always been such a great place to stay. Facilities are always clean and great location :)

We had a great two nights here and it turned out well. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Ethan was quick to reply to any questions. The hot tub and e- scooters were an added plus. Would stay here again.

This cozy cabin was a great find and suited out needs perfectly while in Whitianga. About the cabin: Signage out front clearly marked where to park which was nice since we arrived just after dark. The cabin itself was a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures. The shower had great water pressure and temp. We didnt use the tub but it looked clean. The air unit was nice addition since it does seem to warm up inside in the afternoons. Probably our favorite part was opening up the windows in the morning and listening to all the birds! Location: About an easy 10 minute walk to everything in town. Its located in a nice quite area. Nicole was very responsive which we always appreciate while travelling overseas. Overall, I recommend this cabin for couples heading out this way!
