The house has a traditional feel, mixed with contemporary, warm and down-to-earth Scandinavian simplicity. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a log burner to cosy up in front on cold winter evenings, and a private, decked, south facing garden.

Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. The property overlooks the paddock where the goats and horses graze. A short drive to the nearby seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay, historical Canterbury and the glorious beaches of East Kent, it is the perfect base to explore the area. A suitable space for families, couples and groups of friends and a great location for walkers, cyclists and sightseers.

The Calf Shed at Broxhall Farm

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.

Beautifully restored 3 bedroom cottage on quaint, quiet street moments from the high street's bars, restaurants and quirky shops; and just 2 minutes from the sea! Light and airy open planned living and dining space with access to landscaped garden. Modern design with contemporary art and travel books to enjoy. We recently fitted a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped for proper cooking and dining. The house has recently been re-decorated and painted.

With its perfectly central location, you are within a few minutes stroll from all the cafes, award-winning restaurants and shops Canterbury has to offer, all whilst being tucked down a quaint side street by the river. Enjoy the views of the Cathedral as you step out the door, plan a trip to The Marlowe Theatre or go punting along the River Stour, all of which are on the doorstep.
