Monthly Rentals in Wicker Park, Chicago

My husband and I wanted something close to a Blue Line stop from O'Hare airport, with walkable restaurants and shops, in a safe neighborhood, and this place was absolutely perfect! Less than 10 minute walk to Damen Blue Line stop with so many restaurants and businesses easily within walking distance. The pictures don't do it justice. The place is spacious, well decorated, with lots of natural light. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to use this place again for our next venture to the Wicker Park area!

We had a great stay at Brett's! Great location in the city - great space to hang out in - lovely and beautiful place! It was a blast cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciated all the great touches throughout the Tea Studio. Brett was super easy to communicate with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Brett!

Great apartment and Lia was a wonderful host. If you need a very quiet spot to in order to sleep, this wouldn’t be the best option for you, but if you can handle a little noise, it was very fun and central to the delights of the neighborhood. Absolutely would stay here again.

Unique spot in a great location. Just as described and as seen in pictures. Noise from the bar downstairs isn’t so bad on normal nights (there weren’t any special events during our stay). Mark sends clear communication and everything is very easy and hands off, however he requires you to sign a contract on a third party platform (your email address will get used for marketing afterwards).
