Elegant 2-room apartment near Frankfurt

Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Friedberg city center, tiny 1-room apartment, 15 m²

The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Centrally located in the historic center. Quiet, and bright. Note: Apt. is on the third floor (no elevator!). The 2 bedrooms are each at the end of the hallway. Well equipped eat-in kitchen. Sights, restaurants, and wine bars are very close. The pier on the Rhine is a few minutes walk away. Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

Über den separaten Eingang die Treppen runter, geht es direkt ins Apartment, welches Dir oder Euch ganz alleine zur Verfügung steht!

Quiet apartments, the center of Wiesbaden, with plenty of cafes, bars, a few minutes walk from the shopping street and the park.

Top renovated old building apartment in the heart of the Rheingau

It is a superbly renovated old building apartment in Eltville am Rhein, from which you can quickly reach the vineyards worth seeing as well as the cozy city center of Eltville. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality kitchen (induction stove, BORA extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave). Furthermore, the apartment is very spacious with its 90 m². The wooden beams in various places of the apartment accentuate the old building flair.

Es handelt sich um eine 31-QM-Wohnung am Hang mit Garten , Marmorbad, Esszimmerchen, Garten & Terrasse. ABSOLUTE NICHTRAUCHER UNTERKUNFT! D.Bus 8 fährt ca.alle 15Min. v.Hauptbahnhof & man läuft von der Wohnung ca. 10-12 Min. runter in die City sowie z. Oper/Kurhaus/Therme. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Hang aber in 1 sehr ruhigen Gegend. Ich bin momentan 2-3 Wochen verreist. Da steht meine Wohnung zur Komplett-Nutzung zur Verfügung.
