Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

"Saas, where the sun shines longer" Located on a sunny slope, in the middle of Prättigau. Idyllic, quiet Walser settlement. From Landquart in twenty minutes to Saas. Twenty minutes to Davos. In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (Fermata autopostale Wiesen Kirche). Tanti bei giochi di società per famiglie. Base ideale per passeggiate.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Whether winter or summer - you can benefit from the numerous leisure activities at any time of the year. Skiing and cross-country skiing in the cold season as well as hiking and mountain biking in summer. The nature and unique landscape invite you to linger and enjoy.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Davos Wiesen vacation home

The apartment, renovated in 2017, consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, a room with two pull-out double sofa beds, a separate double bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet and two balconies. Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!
