(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

"Saas, wo d' Sunna länger schient" Gelegen an einem Sonnenhang , mitten im Prättigau. Idyllische, ruhige Walser Siedlung. Von Landquart in zwanzig Minuten bis Saas. Zwanzig Minuten nach Davos. Dazwischen liegt Klosters mit zwei Skigebieten, Gotschna mit Verbindung nach Parsenn. Madrisa am Sonnenhang mit Schlittelbahn nach Saas, fast vor die Haustüre. Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Accogliente appartamento nella tranquilla località di Wiesen, frazione di Davos, in zona molto soleggiata con un bel balcone panoramico, scuola di sci per bambini piccoli raggiungibile a piedi e altre stazioni sciistiche nelle immediate vicinanze: Rinerhorn 10 min in auto, Parsenn e Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (Fermata autopostale Wiesen Kirche). Tanti bei giochi di società per famiglie. Base ideale per passeggiate.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

*Reduced price due to construction site close by* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

Die im 2017 renovierte Wohnung besteht aus einem grosszügigen Wohnraum mit Küche, einer Stube mit zwei ausziehbaren Doppelschlafsofas, einem separatem Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmern mit WC und zwei Balkonen. Auch eine Garage und Nebenräume stehen zur Verfügung.
