Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Throughout the garden and in the courtyard, there are shady spots for adults to relax, as well as overgrown secret corners and play areas for children. A swivel barbecue with a fire bowl invites you to enjoy evening bonfires on the communal barbecue terrace.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
