In the city of Kempten, you can reach it by car in 5 minutes, and a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 m²) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. From the terrace you can see a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometres you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail.
