In this 200-year-old farmhouse, you can arrive and find peace. The cottage radiates coziness and warmth. The cottage is attached to an old former farmhouse but is completely autonomous and has a separate entrance including infrastructure. The schoolhouse, including playground, is easily accessible. The apartment with patio is located in a park. The center of the pretty old town of Zofingen is a 5-minute walk. The train station is a 5-minute walk away with direct train connections to Bern (26 min.), Lucerne (30 min.), Basel (40 min.) and a change to Zurich (45 min.). The Reiden and Oftringen highway junctions are close by. Shopping is within walking distance. A fitness center is right next door. The Heitere recreational area is nearby.

The apartment has its own parking space, but there is the Possibility to rent permanent parking spaces in the nearby train station parking.
