In our cottage, you'll find a space for relaxation and rest without worries. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a well-stocked wine cellar awaits you, where you can choose from the best wines. Relax in a brand new house at the foot of Pálava near Mušovská jezera. The location is a well-known wine region and an ideal destination for cyclists, popular trails lead around the house. All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

The undeniable advantage is private parking in the courtyard and a wine cellar, which is part of Building B of the Pod Zámkem Residence. It is located in a region full of vineyards and good wine, cycling and hiking trails, 7 km from the beautiful Mikulov, 8 km from the Moravia aquapark, 8 km from Věstonická Venus... nearby are Valtice, Lednice (20 km) and 1 hour from us to Vienna :). In addition to comfortable bedrooms, the villa has a large lounge, kitchen and TV and a playroom for children and adults. There is an outdoor grill, a terrace.
