This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Newly remodeled 2 story, 1 BR 2 BA condo which has everything you need to have a hassle free getaway in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
