The cottage has been completely modernised , and is fresh , light and bright .Superb modern kitchen and bathroom. Light and spacious bedroom. The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. A large colourful garden, with a tennis court and croquet lawn surround the property. Eas reach of the village, bus and train station within 3 minutes to Edinburgh.

Our guest suite is in a quiet residential area in Balerno; a village at the foot of the scenic Pentland Hills. A beautiful spot for walkers and nature lovers. To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

This stylish apartment forms the entire top floor of a country Town House in the village of East Calder which has excellent amenities on the doorstep for instance the health centre, dentist and pharmacy within a two minute walk, with a post office, Co-Op, Tesco and numerous other businesses very close by. Transport into Edinburgh is well served by the X27 and X40 buses 2 minutes walk from the front door and also the X28 a 5 minute walk further down Main Street.
