Located on 5.5 acres, this beautiful wooded land can offer privacy or room to bring some friends. Designed to be simple, attractive, stylish, and clean, with large windows to bring the outside in for a relaxing environment. Large porch to escape the mosquitoes, fire pit for use to keep warm, and plenty of space to explore.
“This tiny house is darling, so clean, and comfortable! It feels very private and peaceful, even though you aren’t far from the main road (which I liked since I was traveling alone), and I enjoyed that you are surrounded by the view of woods on all sides! The feeling of camping without roughing it! :) Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, all basic kitchen items already there. So much natural light with all the windows. I used my stay for a quiet getaway to pray, read, and paint, and it was the perfect spot for that. Only a short 15 min drive to Cumberland Falls, with many trails and views to enjoy. About a 20 min drive from the grocery/restaurants. I will be back, so very lovely!”

“Expect to be impressed by this little slice of heaven. Exactly as pictured, though pictures can’t capture the feeling of peace that surround it. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a dip in the pool was rejuvenating and the space was so quiet. Just sitting poolside, marveling at the beauty that this family has created. I really needed rejuvenated. I was nervous to travel during a pandemic but this place was spotless. We brought food & drink with us, we didn’t even need to leave! Microwave, coffee pot, portable stovetop, small refrigerator & freezer. Fresh eggs were too beautiful to eat! The bed was a dream, best sleep I’ve had in forever. And those chickens? Oh, my heart! ❤️”
Located in a peaceful country setting with a beautiful view from the front porch. It is conveniently located near Lincoln Memorial University, Norris Lake, and Historic Cumberland Gap. “If you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT. There is so much amazing praise I could give Amy’s place. The decor is great, it was spotless, she even baked yummy treats for us. The location is beautiful. It has a steep driveway so just be prepared for that (my boyfriend’s 2007 VW Jetta made it, so yours probably can too)! The place is surrounded by mountains and located next door to Amy. There are strategic trees in between her house and the next door neighbor, so the place is perfectly private. Amy even got my boyfriend and I a welcome gift, and wished him luck on his LMU med school interview multiple times. She and her husband, James, are so thoughtful and I cannot say one bad thing about this place! I want to come back just to stay here again.”
