Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

In addition, there are a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks and doctors nearby (within walking distance). I place great importance on hygiene and cleanliness (see description).

In our beautiful 70 m² apartment in Siegen Kaan-Marienborn you are simultaneously in the city and near the forest. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by car or bus. The stop is 500 m away. Free parking is amply available on the street. The forest, with beautiful hiking trails, is almost at your doorstep.

The 1676 half-timbered house was completely renovated by us in the years 2005-2011. In 2018, the neighboring house was added, which we also renovated. In this house upstairs is the modernized and lovingly furnished apartment "Oarwe". Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay.
