During this time, with the Coronavirus and the need for social distancing, Lisa & I would like to assure you that the Suite is completely yours and there is no shared space within the home. Enjoy a west-facing lake front property with a stunning view, perfect for fishing, water sports and 100% private dock & swimming. Every night you’ll watch the sun set from the oversized deck or from the patio. This house can sleep 10 on Hall Lake in Fairmont, MN ($10 fee added per person above 6 for added cleaning expenses). Have the entire home and dock to yourself for the perfect lake getaway!

Welcome to The Cotton House! You will love the modern charm and warm touches this place has to offer. Located 2 minutes from MSU College Campus it is the perfect location. Also close to many food options. High speed internet & netflix will make you feel right at home. Laundry is available on the main level for those longer stays. The garage is also for you to use for those Minnesota winter days. Thanks for considering booking our unique properties!

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.
