This property is located in the picturesque centre of Winsum, close to Lauwersoog (for a day trip to Schiermonnikoog), Groningen, Delfzijl and the Hogeland area itself, which offers plenty of attractions. You can have a really enjoyable and unique holiday with family or a group of friends. There are made-up beds, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and a lovely private garden. A kitchen, outdoor kitchen or living room can be made available by arrangement.

Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is lovingly decorated down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has a surface area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to dream away for a while!

Veel mooie authentieke dorpen in de omgeving , de oneindige polders en de vogel(spot)rijke kwelders van de Waddenzee zijn op fietsafstand te bewonderen. Ook een bezoek aan de stad Groningen en eilanden Schiermonnikoog en Borkum is de moeite waard!

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
