You can have a really enjoyable and unique holiday with family or a group of friends. There are made-up beds, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and a lovely private garden. A kitchen, outdoor kitchen or living room can be made available by arrangement.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

The property is located in the center of the cozy village of Eenrum, 50 meters away from the supermarket, bakery and bar/cafeteria. In the bedroom there is a double bed and two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. For babies, a camping bed can be added if necessary.
