Vacation home Weitblick

The name of the holiday home Weitblick says it all. The little house is in a very quiet location on the Altendeich in Willumer and offers a wonderful view over the wide fields. The house is completely new and offers 1 bedroom with a large box spring bed (180x200) and TV. For one or two more people , the living room offers 2 beds on the pull-out sofa bed . Adjacent to the bedroom is the living room with Smart TV, which invites you to cozy movie evenings.The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances as well as a filter coffee machine , kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes . The bright and spacious bathroom adjacent to the living room has a walk-in shower . The entire house is on the ground floor and has no steps, so it is also suitable for people who have difficulty walking. In summer you can enjoy yourself on the terrace and the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten with the wide view of the greenery . There is a parking lot directly at the house , there is also a charging station for e-cars . There is a garden shed for bicycles and e-bikes, where the bikes can be safely parked and charged . Werdenum is a great starting point for a vacation in East Frisia. From here you can quickly reach many sights such as the fishing village Greetsiel , the Great Sea and the north / north dike by car or bike. If you want to go out for dinner in the evening, you don't have to go far, it's only 1.6KM to the "Landgasthof zum Großer Krug".

Paradise for kids & animals, E-charging possible

Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung, die Balsam für jede Seele ist. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen + Verweilen ein, ist uneinsehbar, umzäunt + "ausbruchssicher" für 2/4-beinige Abenteurer. Das Haus selbst ist grundsaniert, hat neue Badezimmer, davon eins behindertengerecht und viel Platz. Die Wohnküche + Wohnzimmer bietet allen Platz zu gemütlichem Austausch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien + Kindern/Babies, Gruppen, mehrere Generationen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere).

Our vacation home "Alte Schmiede" in Osteel, was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Greetsiel apartment is about 90 square meters and furnished in a modern country house style. The apartment stretches over two levels. The bedrooms are located in the spacious attic with quaint wooden beams. Pure romance! A large garden of about 1300 sqm invites you to romp and relax. This is accessible to all three apartments that are located in our " Old Forge".

The attic apartment with its 30 square meters is the perfect size to spend a few nice days together or alone. The apartment is quietly and rurally located, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom, there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower which is integrated directly into the bedroom. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel… Everything can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The 53 sqm apartment is located on the south side in a listed farm (rural location) that is no longer used for agricultural purposes. For entertainment, satellite TV, a 5.1 Dolby surround sound system with radio and a DVD player are available. Wi-Fi is available, but the transmission rate is very poor. Garden terrace use and barbecuing is possible by arrangement.
