The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The city corner in Wittichenau offers room for up to four people and convinces with warm design and homemade furniture. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a handmade wooden double bed (also available as single beds). The large kitchen-living room convinces with dining table and chic sofa – ideal for shared meals. In the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, there is a washer & dryer for longer stays. Across the street is a baker for fresh rolls in the morning.

In the basement, the original preserved granite construction impresses, which breathes not only charm but also history. The newly developed floor on the upper floor was built in sustainable wooden construction and houses three high-quality equipped apartments with 33 m2 of living space each.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
