Zum alten Museumshafen mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés sind es ca. 300m. Den Strand bzw. Fähranleger zur Insel Wangerooge erreichst du in 1,9km. Der Edeka (200m) hat häufig sogar sonntags geöffnet. Im großen Garten stehen ein Fußballtor sowie ein Basketballkorb bereit. Wir vermieten die Wohnung seit Juli 2025 nach einer Kernsanierung.
