Newly built cottage on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is available at all times via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for sup riding. Opposite is also the indoor games world at the holiday village of Wangerland. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Wir werden die Wohnung ab Juli 2025 nach einer Kernsanierung erstmals vermieten. Wie du auf den Fotos siehst, ist bis auf Deko und Co bereits fast alles bereit. Zum alten Museumshafen mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés sind es ca. 300m. Den Strand bzw. Fähranleger zur Insel Wangerooge erreichst du in 1,9km. Der Edeka (200m) hat häufig sogar sonntags geöffnet.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr schnell an allen wichtigen Orten in Ostfriesland. Kirche, Marktplatz, Restaurants, Meer und weiters für Kunst und Kulturliebhaber.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen.
