Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The Davos village bus is just a 2-minute walk away and takes you directly to the ski resorts and urban Davos (every 30 minutes, travel time about 15 minutes). In addition, Davos Laret with the idyllic Schwarzsee (less than 500 meters away) offers great swimming opportunities or you can hike directly from the apartment into an indescribably beautiful mountain landscape.
