Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Charming apartment in the middle of beautiful mountain nature

The charming 2-room apartment is part of Haus Telemark, right on the edge of the idyllic Arelenwald – a retreat for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. Hiking and biking tours start at the front door. Lake Davos is within walking distance (approx. 15 min). The centre and the mountain railways can be reached quickly by car or local bus. A parking place is available. A real feel-good spot in the midst of the beautiful Davos mountains. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (max. 6 if 4 adults and 2 children)

Studio with garden "La-Baita"

Our studio is located close to the centre (15 minutes' walk to the train station/centre) and yet in a quiet location. It is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the swimming pool (summer), ice rink (winter), the sports centre with tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail is directly behind the house.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wood style. It is simply and stylishly furnished so that you feel right at home away from home. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau with a view of Klosters at the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.
