Das 2018 erbaute Chalet befindet sich auf einem sonnigen Hang in der obersten Reihe im Almdorf mit bestem Panoramablick 1.300 Meter ü. d. M. und nur einen "Steinwurf" vom Skilift (ca. 300 m) und der einsehbaren Skipiste entfernt.
