In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Cozy studio apartment in quiet residential area, close to the center, with views over Bayreuth and unique sunsets. You can walk to downtown Bayreuth in a 20-minute walk. The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave castle Schreez.

The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and invites you to relax and unwind in nature. The apartment is located directly on the bike/hiking trail (mostly level, flat routes right at your doorstep). It is 2.5 km to Ebermannstadt, the walk to the outdoor pool is 1000 m (3 km by car).
