The home is close to 5 ski mountains (50 min), within walking distance to cross-country ski trails, hiking, leaf peeping, snow machining, swimming, shopping & restaurants. There is a strict no pet policy.

Rochester House is near restaurants, trails, family-friendly activities, and lake beaches. It's convenient to many destinations, including, Hill Farmstead, Caspian Lake (beach) and Craftsbury. A short walk to the Farmer's Market, grocery stores, and most village restaurants. Downtown is .7 miles, 15 min walk. This may be too far in winter. There is a city plowed sidewalk all the way during snow season if needed. House of Pizza is only 2 blocks. We are in the village, please respect neighbors.

It's a great location for anyone who loves the outdoors, skiing, hiking and also just relaxing.
