Anderby Creek was voted one of the UK's best undiscovered beaches by AOL, The Times & The Telegraph. The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.

A spacious detached barn conversion is shown surrounded by open arable fields. Its brick facade and sloped roof complement the rural landscape under a partly cloudy sky. The entrance features a patio area, and a wooden fence encloses the property for added privacy.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.

A charming brick structure is visible, set amidst an open landscape. Lush hedges and a gravel driveway frame the entrance, while a modest white door offers access. The sloped roof and chimney add character, complemented by a serene sky with scattered clouds.
