The cottage sits on a very large lot that has a great backyard with a Fire Pit area to hangout at when not at the beach. Inside the cottage, there are 2 living areas with TV's (one is very cozy with a natural fireplace) and a sun room / sitting area that connects them. There is also a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals that is open to the small dining room.
