Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

This beautiful 35 m² penthouse apartment with a 20 m² roof terrace offers a view of the Pyramidenkogel directly opposite. The Wörthersee is also visible in autumn and winter. The lake can be reached in 4 minutes on foot – free access to the lake and a bathing area with a jetty are about 7 minutes away on foot. There is a train connection to Klagenfurt and Villach. Pritschitz train station is a 7-minute walk away. Shops for everyday needs are also a 7-minute walk away.

Our three apartments are ideally suited as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or cycling trips on the Drau Cycling Path. For walking, strolling, feeling good and relaxing, you can reach in max. 30 minutes to all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
