In summer, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beach and many other great excursion destinations. In perfect snow conditions, you can ski to the front door. The ski resort is ideal for all ages.

The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. There are many activities all around the beautiful Carinthian lake area.
