In the heart of the Dee Valley, 5 minute walk from the World Heritage site, Pontecysyllte Aqueduct/canal; & Tower Hill Barns wedding venue; 4 mile canal walk/cycle to Llangollen & 6 miles from Wrexham. The apartment, skirted by a babbling brook, forms the top floor of a converted stable. Detached from but next to our Victorian home. Many pleasant walks & close to Offas Dyke path. Also good for cycling, running, kayaking. Next to bus stop for Llangollen/Wrexham. A dog friendly, quiet spot

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

The Lodge in beautiful North Wales & near Chester

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by amazing views, including Hope Mountain one side and the remains of the old viaduct nestled in amongst trees the other side. Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

Our detached rural cottage is set in beautiful Welsh countryside with wonderful views adjoining the Wales link path. Ideal location for walking, exploring North Wales mountains or the beautiful,historic city of Chester Convenient for Chester races or zoo, the International Eisteddfod in Llangollen or the World heritage site Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and canal. A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three minute walk from the famous Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. There are two excellent pubs within a few minutes walk, a post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask

Peaceful getaway nestled in a Welsh Vale surrounded by farm land and set within the grounds of a renovated estate workers cottage. Tranquil setting for a get away from it all and to visit the many attractions based in and around North Wales.
