TOP apartment under thatch in the historic part of Wyk. Are you looking for the original Frisian island recreation ? Away from the construction sites and the hustle and bustle of the town center, you will find a lively customs here and watch chickens, ducks and pheasants walking across the road, still undisturbed. Traditional thatched houses, large gardens and the 13th-century St. Nicolai Church give ample opportunity to switch off from everyday life. The center of Wyk is about a 15-minute walk away.

Spacious 3-room apartment in quiet neighborhood

The light and friendly 3 room self-catering apartment is located on the attic floor of a house right next to the municipal wood of the city of Wyk. Moreover, the house is located offside the road in a quiet vicinity. Nevertheless, it is just an easy walk to downtown, to the beach or to a children’s playground within a few minutes. Several restaurants with Greek, Chinese and German cuisine are close by, as are the public (sea water) indoor swimming pool and shops for everyday commodities.

Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

Our apartment is located in a rural but central location. The island capital of Wyk, the harbor, the beach and the golf course can be reached in a few minutes by bike. A large wooded area invites you to jog or walk. By bike you can easily explore the whole island on the well-developed bike paths. Föhr is an unforgettable experience!
