Since 1844, the Brömmer family has been running it with passion, love of animals and hospitality. Three great vacation homes with six apartments, sauna, swimming pond and play barn for children invite you to relax. Whether as a couple, family or with friends – here you will find peace, nature and a real North Sea feeling.

Vacation on - everyday off! Freshly renovated apartment on the dike with wide views over the fields and meadows. Furnished with unique pieces and things that make you happy. Terrace facing the bright evening sky, therefore no TV. Great bathroom and PiPaPo … see photos. Hear the seagulls scream, the sheep bleating and let the wind blow around your nose. Each apartment has its own natural garden. Ideal place for a relaxing couple's vacation to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Vacation rental Alte Siedlung 74 m²

The vacation rental is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste. About 800 m from the town center, the old settlement with 14 houses was built in the 1950s. The place is on the 2nd floor and is 74 m². Bikes can be parked in a lockable room. Due to the central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the apartment is the ideal starting point for all day trippers.

Enjoy your vacation in this quiet and comfortable accommodation. Linen and towels are provided. The visitor's tax (including entrance to Cuxhaven beach) is not included in the nightly price and must be paid on site to the landlord. The stylishly landscaped garden and terrace are available Sun loungers, garden furniture and a gas grill are provided. There is a very nice bike path (5.5 km) through the fields to the coast. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
