MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Built in 2024, this house is very quiet on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. You can swim, grill, make campfires, relax on the terrace or simply unwind. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The vacation home is located next to the main house and is a separate, self-contained living unit. The furnishings are harmonious and cozy. Both in the living room and in the bedroom, doors lead outside into the gardens. Sufficient seating also invites you to linger and relax there. There are 2 TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The service includes bed linens and towels. We clean according to Covid guidelines.
