Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. There is a Weber grill for barbecue evenings. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and offer plenty of storage space. Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located far from tourism in the quiet town of Pruchten. It is surrounded by meadows and horse paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house is the bike path towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The house consists of a main house, a beautiful guesthouse and a workshop with a covered terrace and built-in fireplace and barbecue. The house is south facing and is located on a small cozy harbor with a jetty in a small village short from the old market town of Nysted in south lolland.
