Holiday rentals with a patio in Wyberton

We stayed two nights in this lovely, light and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal as it's adjacent to a large park, from which many walks can be taken into the countryside. Additionally it is less than 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

What a wonderful time in Steve's flat! Cosiness, lovely, high-quality furnishings, absolute peace and quiet - what more could you want? 5 stars are not enough......we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

Great accommodation in a quiet location in walking distance of a riverside pub. The accommodation was comfy, clean and well equipped and we really appreciated the breakfast items Anna and Ian had provided. Highly recommended

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

Charming apartment and a lovely host. The village was quintessentially English-village perfect, very quiet location, and the apartment was clean and light and cozy. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights while attending a friends wedding nearby. Great location also for some bird watching around Rutland Water, especially the Ospreys at Lyndon. Accommodation was perfect, set in a beautiful walled garden. We had everything we needed and the place was pristine. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Peterborough. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

We all enjoyed our stay as very close to all our amenities .But was very modern,clean ,spacious home .Will defos stay here again and thankyou again Paul for the early check in as was good to just get organised for our birthday party that night. Many Thanks Gail and Familyxxx

We had an amazing stay here over Easter weekend 2025. The apartment is absolutely perfect, set in beautiful surroundings and has everything that we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay with our dog. We enjoyed some local walks and tried out a couple of restaurants, both of which were great. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, making for a great night’s sleep. We made use of the gym which is very well equipped and we loved the thoughtful mini hamper of food, both were a complete bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🤩

We had the most wonderful stay at 1 Glenesk. Everything was perfect in this quirky apartment and Harriet, the host, was extremely responsive to any queries. Comfy bed, cosy lounge and perfectly situated to enjoy the delights of Woodhall Spa. Can’t recommend enough. 5 *****

Jennifer’s place was warm, clean and very cosy. The snacks were a great addition and the annex was nice and private too. Perfect for my work trip.

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)
