Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

A beautiful renovation with wool carpets, handmade kitchen and top-end appliances, its scrumptious dark green bathroom with walk-in shower, roll-top bath and plaster walls. Set amongst rolling hills and wooded valleys, this striking conversion offers delightful accommodation, a south facing patio and use of a tennis court. Close to the market town of Faversham and the historic city of Canterbury, as well as Leeds Castle and fashionable Whitstable, it is an idyllic holiday spot or stopover on route to the continent, perfect for families or a romantic break.

Watermill, beautiful village of Wye, North Downs

Listed watermill, mentioned in Domesday book, converted into a Georgian house in 1776, set in 8 acres, 100m from train station (Canterbury and London ). Wye has restaurants, pubs and shops in the village. Accommodation is in the old Mill, with 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), (sometimes an extra bedroom and bathroom), a fully fitted new kitchen, a grand dining-sitting room over the river. Private terrace overlooking river, and 3-acre island , rowboat, wild water swimming. We welcome up to 2 dogs.

Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. It is a relaxing place to spend many an hour watching the wildlife and enjoying the sights and sounds of Kent We have installed for your enjoyment day & night vision cameras so you can watch the birds and ducks by day and badgers and foxes at night.
