Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Wyoming County

Great place and very accommodating to the group we had! We had 11 people for a riding trip and each person had a bed! 4 couples all got their own rooms and then the 3 singles slept perfectly in the joint room. Each room has a TV which is awesome. The closest in the joint room was so big that one of the guys set up his air mattress in there and used it as a “separate room”. The pavilion was a savior for when it rained, we could all hangout underneath it still outside. All around 10/10 and would stay again if we come to this area again! The gas station is about a 5-10 minute utility machine ride and the trails are sporadic all over the area.

This little house was perfect for what we were looking for. There were five of us traveling to Welch for the weekend. This was less than 10 minutes away from our destination, had a huge parking lot, was very cozy, super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. It had a nice little creek and covered deck outback. It was a little too cold for us to take advantage of that in early April, but it was still a very nice setting. Marci was extremely responsive when I would text her. we are back in Welch about every six months so we will definitely look this place up again! It was also less than two minutes from Wendy’s and a grocery store :-)

Great stay to ride the trails! Only downside was not having a hose to wash our machines after a muddy ride! Other than that the house was in good condition & we had an amazing trip as always! Looking forward to our next stay w/ the layman’s ☺️

Let me start by saying the photos don’t do this home any justice. We love to head down to the areas near Hatfield & Mccoys to ride ATVs this place had everything washer dryer and a garage to park your 4 wheelers. Loved that it had a fully functional kitchen made it easy to prepare a meal after getting back from the trails. Now let me also tell you about the two cozy chairs in the living room. They were like a great big hug. So cozy.. oh and I made a new friend the neighbors have a groundhog that was in the back, he was so cute and chunky. I named him George. All in all this house makes you feel at home. And we will definitely be back.

Our hosts were very helpful before and during our trip. Provided us plenty of details to trail heads, locations worth visiting, and restaurants. Any issue we had the host was there and willing to help solve it. We had an issue with the hot water not working and JJ was over in a flash. We really appreciated everything. The location is great because we had access to the Indian Ridge trails and the Pinnacle. We had a blast hitting as many mud puddles as we could and some of the guys did some rock climbing. If you want a great place to stay to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails definitely check out The West Virginia Way houses.

I loved this place There were two cabins but pretty much private. Kristen was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone !

Cabin is clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking for trailers and the onsite car washing station is perfect for visitors that are riding the Hatfield McCoy trails. Wanda was super friendly and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

2nd time staying here! Love the house, quite and private setting, close to the trails, fuel right down the hill.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was very close to town and close to the trail head. The town seems to be growing, which is great to see! Check in/ out were a breeze! The other cabins are close but not too close, so you still get some privacy. And there was plenty of room for everyone to get their trailers in and out. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely wonderful host. I would recommend to stay with Teresa Her and her husband were very helpful very knowledgeable about the area very friendly. I’m sure we will see each other again.

Very nice place. Super clean. I was able to park a 24 ft trailer at cabin 4.

A few years old now but still like new, very clean, many conveniences close by, great Wi-Fi and TV! had fun staying there! The trains are LOUD!
