The apartment is on the 1st floor and it was not mentioned anywhere, which delayed our entrance. The place is spotless and well-groomed. The communication with Cem is very good!

Nice apartment in an enclave of cottages near the sea. The neighbors are mainly Bulgarian, hence the amenities under them (Bulgarian TV). A communicative host who was trying to resolve issues from the outside. Recommended

On the inside, the word describing best Xarikleia's place is "homey". Elegant, but in a discreet way, employing a lot of wood and recently renovated, decorated with style and an obvious (and welcome) personal touch. The front veranda is eastward-oriented, ample and with sea view, whereas both bedrooms have their own smaller balconies, westward-oriented so one who wants to just lay back in the sun (or shadow) can do so all day long. On the outside, the neighborhood is quiet, with large plots and well-distanced houses (although some development works suggest this may not be the case several years down the road). The small and private beach (like most are in this coastal region) is a 300 m walk. The entire area seems ideal for relaxation, hence I would expect it to be more attractive for people past certain age, looking for some isolation and solitude, rather than for music, shopping, restaurants, nightlife etc. Shopping, even for basic food staples, in Abdera, 20 km drive roundtrip.

Evangelos was a great host! Kind, informative, and direct! I highly recommend this home, as it was super clean, cozy and just what I needed, in a very good location! Will visit again, for sure !

Large and cozy house with two bedrooms. It was fully equipped and spotless with parking within the plot of the house. Hosts are kind and welcoming, always willing to help. Ideal for families or for two couples. Thank you so much and we hope to come back soon!

The place is really nice. It is located in the old city and very close to the center. I would definitely prefer the same place for my next visit to Xanthi.

The Orange house has all you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. The beds are comfortable. It's quiet but within walking distance to the beach and the restaurants. The freely available bikes were a nice surprise. Above all, Martin was very kind and did her best to satisfy our needs and make our stay enjoyable. Keramoti has one of the best beaches for families with small children. Martin's place is perfect for them.

Lovely place, the comfort of a private garden and great location, that we enjoyed a month ago, so we rented for a second time! Marika is a great host and we would be happy to come again!

The most vfm home in the area. The place was very nice, comfortable and clean. Amenities like fitness equipment and parking, combined with the low price makes the accommodation one of the best we've visited!! 10 minutes from the city by car!

The home was very thoughtful with modern design and fully equipped. The view from the balcony is magical and gives you the opportunity to travel through the city and the endless blue of the sea. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend 🫶

David was a nice host. Her house is located in a cute village close to the center in the lush nature. There were items and kitchen utensils that we would need inside the house. The interior of the house was clean and tidy.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Our host, Mrs Lena, was very welcoming, kind and the communication with her was pretty easy. The room was nice and clean with everything needed. It was a pleasure for us to stay there.
