Apartment with pool, 350 metres from Cala Advocat and 500 metres from Cala Baladrar. Crystal clear water beaches for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling and enjoying the view. 8 x 4 metre pool and terrace. You can walk to Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar, leaving your car in our parking lot. If you don't have a car, there's public transport that stops in front of the Villa. What's more, there's an Aldi supermarket 100 metres away. Important notice in the description of the space.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
