Apartment holiday rentals in Yakima

We loved Nicole’s place! It had a great layout, nice kitchen, pretty interiors, and a perfect location!

We love the property: peaceful, pleasant , safe,close to family that we visit,convenient. Always treated great by our host. This is second time to be on the property when visiting Yakima. When we come for our next visit hope to stay again at Oakshire. Thank you Faith!

Sally was very accommodating for my late night arrival. The place is very comfortable and away from the city lights. I will definitely stay again.

Nicole’s place was the perfect and much better alternative to a hotel room for a family of 4 (two adults and two kids.) Better price, better location, more space, with a real kitchen and separate bedroom. We’d definitely look for this accommodations again next time we come out here.

We had another great stay! Natalie Rae's apartments are really thoughtfully laid out and very well appointed. The decor is lovely and modern and it feels light, bright, comfortable and roomy. Natalie was very accommodating and it seems like she has thought of everything you need for a home away from home. We really enjoyed walking over to Bill's Place for great cocktails, beer and food! We will hope to return any time we need a place to stay in Yakima. It's a true gem!

Great place to stay in downtown Yakima - Diane is an awesome host!

Diane was very helpful and responsive. At one point, I had to inquire about possibly extending my stay and Diane got back to me quickly and was able to find an excellent solution. The apartment was homey and comfortable. The samples from the soap shop downstairs were pleasant. It was a wonderful spot to land in Yakima.

all good and as advertised. the only issue, which is nothing the host can control, due to location (downtown) the noise from the main road right under the unit makes it difficult to rest without being disturbed

The unit worked well for our stay in Yakima. The unit was clean and the kitchen well stocked with pans, dishware, etc.

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for what we needed. Super comfortable and felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this place for three months for a job. It fits the description and the other reviews - noisy due to thin walls and on a popular road, parking wasn’t an issue for the entire 3 months, laundry was a little annoying because you need to have change. Because the walls are thin, I could hear everything my neighbor did/said, and could smell anything they cooked, and I’m sure vice versa. Also, be prepared to possibly see your neighbors, it is not a private location in that regard. I was warned multiple times not to walk around this area of Yakima alone, so I didn’t. As long as you don’t care about those things, it’s a good place to stay! Diane was responsive, and I had no issues.

The stained glass windows over the door transom and tall ceilings give this room lots of character. It was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely book this room again.

Ben's hospitality is top notch! I have stayed here multiple times now and will return in the future. The location is perfect, right in town. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Ben makes check in and check out super simple. Really enjoyed our stay!
