We had a great time at this place, we found it even more beautiful than in the photos! The beds are very comfortable, we have nothing to complain about, it's a great place. The setting is ideal, the view of the city is beautiful, it is very quiet and peaceful. And it's close to the city center, restaurants etc. Hosts are accommodating, available, and helpful. The pool is perfect, with a very nice view. Thank you for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back!

Everything about the house was as it appeared in the photos. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony in the evenings and chat with the stunning sea view. Mr. Erdal helped us a lot with everything from our sightseeing routes. She was very friendly, reliable, friendly and caring. I'm glad we chose this place. We loved meeting and staying at the same time.

The apartment is ideal not only for an overnight stay, but also for a long stay. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The only disadvantage is that to turn on the electricity, you need to insert the key in the apartment. If you, for example, started the washing machine, then you can't leave the apartment until it reaches the thing, otherwise there will be no electricity.

I would split the review into two: the apartment and the host (Sofia). The apartment is "simply" as it appears in the photos: bright, spacious, very clean, with new furniture, very well organized with everything you need even for a medium/long stay. Located in a strategic and quiet area of ​​Kos, you can easily reach beaches and clubs for a completely relaxing stay. And.... for those like me who wanted to visit the island, it has easy parking nearby. The host: Sofia. Present in real time with her advice on beaches and restaurants, but at the same time discreet and not invasive of our privacy. Thank you very much Sofia for your advice, for your availability that made our stay splendid. Would I go back? If I were to return to Kos, definitely (of course if available)

excellent place and a great host. highly recommended. only thing - you have to be prepared to commute by car or scooter as the place is 3-4 km away from the center. or walk if you feel like it, it's not impossible, but will take time. Giorgos is a very nice and responsive host, as good as it gets.

Ms. Figen and Mr. Sinan were very sweet hosts. They made us feel comfortable as if we were at home. Although the house is next to the old Datça, it is calm and peaceful. We had a very nice time with the children in the garden. If we come to Datça again, the place to stay is clear:) We would definitely recommend it for those who want to stay in Datça.

Eugene’s place is lovely and perfect for a couple like us to spend time on the lovely island of Kos. Eugene is a fantastic host and happily drove us around and solved any issues we had without any fuss. The studio was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything you could possibly need from a lovely bathroom to a nice outside space to relax in. The whole process of booking in, arriving and checking out was so straight forward and Eugene was extremely helpful with the whole process. We will definitely be visiting again.
