The garden has an open kitchen, a long dining area and a small relaxation pool. It is located on the coastal road, within walking distance to Yalıkavak Marina. It offers a different Bodrum holiday that is design-oriented and enjoyable at the same time.

An outdoor area is featured with a private infinity pool surrounded by landscaped gardens. Sun loungers are positioned near the pool, and a sliding door opens to the villa interior, allowing for easy access. Clear blue skies and a modern architectural design complement the space.

BEGONVILLA Apartment with terrace and Lebiderya view

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

A spacious living area features a light-colored sectional sofa and modern white chairs surrounding a glass coffee table. Expansive glass doors provide access to an outdoor terrace, allowing natural light to fill the room. A subtle area rug adds warmth to the neutral-toned decor.
