The smell of cypress in the accommodation was so good. It was very clean and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at little Okinawa island. They had everything we needed, a clean cute kitchen to cook in, a great bathroom, waching machine, dryer… It was a great spot to explore the north of okinawa. We always had a free spot for our car. The host was super kind, responded super fast and provided all the information we needed. We already miss it and would go back any time!

The place is magical if you are truly wanting the Japan experience. The smell of cedar and the tatami is something you cannot get anywhere else in the world. Also, the wooden bath was amazing. The place is remote...... But remote = peace. You will not be walking to "town". Need a car to get to all the hot spots. However, Motobu is a place where there is much to do.
