Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yelapa

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Tons of space, super close to town and to the beach. Nancy helped us book a taxi and came to the house to help us when we were unable to get the safe open. The pool is really nice. We had everything we needed! There was a music festival in the baseball field across the street which was loud, but you cannot be closer to town and hope for anything quieter. Thank you!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

We selected Homero's home due to its quiet location and beautiful design and pool. The home was very well equipped and very comfortable. No surprises. I can say that Homer has been the best host I have ever experienced in any AirBnB rental. He was so fast and responsive to any questions we had. He even helped with getting taxi's scheduled for a couple trips. I would absolutely stay here again!

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Casa Mango is up in the hills with beautiful Mountain views. The outdoor/indoor concept was so relaxing. So many outdoor spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy nature. I’m glad we rented a golf cart as the hills are steep. The house is equipped with everything and communication with Michele was quick and easy. Pool was amazing to relax by and swim. The only thing I wish I knew is that the three bedrooms are very separate. One room is downstairs in main house. The other two are outside, up the stairs and across an outdoor patio space. This is great for couples as stated but as an overprotective mother who likes to be in earshot of her children, it was an adjustment for us. I ended up not sleeping in one of the bedrooms and slept with my daughter. This is a personal issue for me and nothing against the layout. I just wish some reviews were more specific so we could have based our decision off that. But I would definitely recommend Casa Mango and come back and stay again! (When kids are older)

Amazing apartment overlooking marina, balcony was great place to enjoy breakfast and look out over the water, restaurants and beach was all in walking distances, was a perfect place to get away from the busy tourist spots, Diego was awesome met us with keys and gave us great information and very welcoming, David was very accommodating with all check in details.

If you’re looking to be in the heart of Sayulita, close to the beaches and surfing, John and Sophia‘s is the place to be. We love location, within walking distance of everything you could possibly want. John and Sophia were wonderful hosts, will definitely book with them again when we return.

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is so bright and spacious, and the furnishings, etc. were comfortable and the decor was tasteful. You can tell thought went into it! The kitchen was actually the best I’ve experienced on AirBnb: proper appliances, utensils and dishes so you could actually cook a real meal! We grocery shopped locally the first day, stocking the fridge to cook breakfast and make dinner salads in the evenings while trying out new places each day for lunch and coffees as we explored Puerto Vallarta. PV is very walkable and interesting from the apartment… there are hills, but the rewards of exploring up and off the flat main roads is totally worth it! We felt safe everywhere, and people were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Only note is that Eunice may be slower to respond than some hosts, but she was always helpful when we needed her, including allowing us to store our bags before we left on our last day. Much appreciated!

Location Location Location! This is the ideal setting if you want to experience true Sayulita life while nestled in a private oasis. Everything was a short walk away, but coming back to the private plunge pool and relaxing with a game of dominoes and a cool Cerveza was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for Flag Day so the festivities were ongoing with parades, music, and of course, the dancing horses. We would Recommend staying at Ruben‘s place. Just got back from staying 9 days here. Location is awesome - close enough to town but not too close. $7 Uber rides to get into town. Beautiful and private pool and beach area. Had one issue come up on our first day in which the Property Manager Nacho took care of immediately. Nacho also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and also lined up an in-house masseuse to come to the villa. The villa had plenty of room for the 5 adults and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils one would need. Some key things one may want to know: there is private washer and dryer but they are not located within the unit but within in the building. There is only one hair dryer in the unit. Beach towels are supplied. Our villa was cleaned twice in the 9 days we were there - toilet paper and towels were restocked at those times but if more is needed you would need to supply. We will definitely be back! Host very responsive and even checked in with me during our stay. Thank you!

The area is quiet, there was a taxi site nearby, we also used uber; Plaza galarias and Walmart are very close we were walking. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Alex was always attentive to our doubts. Recommended!!

Well located and clean place, minutes from the beach, surrounded by shops and Mercado.

Very comfortable, with a location very close to almost everything

Loved the unit. Normally I go for a higher level with an ocean view but I have got to say it was absolute perfection to stay on the ground level. Super easy access to pools and palapa and no need to negotiate elevators if we needed to pop into the unit. Comfortable beds, a lovely ground floor garden view, plus we really enjoyed the large patio. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Our stay was great at Bolongo, the condo was better than the pictures. Plenty of space and amazing views from every room. You really can’t go wrong staying here. The complex has plenty of room for visitors so you don’t feel crowded with other families staying there. Would recommend staying here and can’t wait to book again next summer.

We had a wonderful time at Lupita’s place with our 2 boys. The condo is well stocked with towels and kitchen items and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lupita is a wonderful and kind host and was always one step ahead with communication. The condo is quiet and the pool is large and made for a relaxing time. What makes this unit stand out is the access to Vidanta. It is a standout resort with amazing amenities. Getting there takes some patience and learning while you transfer golf carts. The pools at the Grand Mayan have something for everyone and you can easily spend an entire day pool side with activities and relaxation. Highly recommend walking to the beach for sunset, and crepes at the Mayan palace. We found it necessary to stock up on groceries as restaurants and stores are a bit of a hike from this unit. We were able to easily take cabs or Uber when we needed. We are leaving relaxed and grateful for the Mexican hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Place was exactly as described in ad. Ozkan was very committed to us throughout our stay and offered any assistance we needed. It is located in the heart of the night scene, so walking everywhere was a breeze. Kitchen well equipped if you want to prepare something, but many restaurants close by if you don’t. Property is pristine clean. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip.

Our stay in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fabulous. The place is just as described and was very comfortable. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family vacation. It was easy to get to town by bus or taxi/uber. We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant in the condo poolside which was great. Really we just hope to go back soon. Thanks Joe and Heidi for sharing your amazing spot with us!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!
