Waterfront holiday rentals in Yeongtong-gu

This was a great location to stay in in Suwon! The Starfield Mall is really accessible with the bus stop in front of the accommodations and is one bus stop away from a train station (: Really loved having the mall downstairs to walk around at before heading to the airport as well. The only downside to this apartment is the size of the towels, it was smaller than we expected.

I was very happy to stay at this accommodations i think best airbnb i tried so far in Seoul feel so cozy and comfortable and feels on my own apartment and dont want to leave hehe. Location and everything is perfect close by anything and food around area is amazing

서울과 경기권에서 고객사 미팅을 하기가 좋아서 정자동으로 잡았는데, 신분당선 정자역도 도보로 5분이내고, 공항버스도 7분정도 거리에 있습니다. 숙소는 고층이라, 경부고속도로와 근처 산을 볼수가 있습니다. 깨끗하고, 노트북을 사용할수 있는 책상, 큰 거울, 나름 큰 침대등 만족합니다. 질문을 드리면, 호스트님이 바로 바로 답변해줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 한국 출장시 다시 예약하려고 합니다.

Perfect location for the cherry blossom season. Near Lotte area so convenient to walk but also distant enough to have peace and silence. You can't ask for more with such a price!! Super deal. On the downside (if any at all) - Spacious rooms altho the living room seemed a little tight for 3 people. No stairs, but it only bothered us during checkin and out when we had luggages. The host was responsive to fix a couple minor problems. Overall, I think you won't find a better place in this neighborhood. Definitely will come again!! Thank you so much !! -Lena, Irina, Katya.

This place is surrounded by residential places which makes it a great place away from busy roads and tourism. It's right near a market that sells a large variety of foods, and easy walking distance to the train station. The beds were very comfortable and the host has put conscious effort into the lighting of the space. Floors are heated which is nice with cooler weather, and the hot water is excellent. we felt very comfortable in this quiet part of Seoul.

위치가 그냥 백점만점입니다 송파나루역과 도보로 5분? 빨리걸으면 5분도 안되는것같아요 맛집많은 방이먹자골목이랑도 10분정도 거리예요 여자 둘이서 묵기에 충분한 숙소였고 1층이라 방음이 안되는거 빼고는 다 만족스러웠습니당

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was sparkling clean and had all the essentials in the bathroom. The little photo frames, a warm table lamp created a cozy mood, and the duvet was so soft and warm. I spent most of my time outdoors so I only had a chance to use the place for sleeping and washing, which is really sad and especially the price was a bit higher. But I definitely recommend the place for a solo female travelers who is looking for a quiet and beautiful place that is close to the Lotte World and Seokchon Lake area.

무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋았습니다 !! 찾아가기도 쉬운 위치! 그리고 사진이랑 거의 비슷하고 깔끔하게 잘 정돈되어 있었어용. 아마 아직 무더운 날이 아니라 리모컨이 없었던 거 같은데 에어컨 안틀어져서 더운거 말고 나머진 다 좋았습니다!! 또 빠른 응답 주셔서 감사해용 ✨👍

숙소 위치가 정말 좋아요. 잠실에서의 일정때문에 이 숙소를 선택했는데 지하철역과 매우 가깝고 근처에 편의점, 마트, 카페, 시장이 있어서 편리했습니다. 침구도 부드럽고 푹신해서 편안히 잠들 수 있었습니다. 잠실쪽으로 오게된다면 다시 찾고싶은 숙소입니다. 편안히 잘 머물다 가요!

J'ai passé un séjour de plusieurs mois dans ce logement, et malgré l'absence de fenêtre vers l'extérieur je n'ai eu aucun problème. L'hôte a toujours su réagir très rapidement quelque soit la situation. La localisation, très proche du métro, est idéale et permet de se déplacer facilement aux alentours. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour !

숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 좀만 걸어가면 카페랑 식당 많고 편의점도 종류 별로 있어요. 하나 단점이 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 조금 추울 수 있어요! 그래도 난방 잘 돼서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요~ 잘 놀고 갑니다!

I had a lovely long stay at JinJu’s place. The home is equipped with plenty of amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste l, shampoo, conditioner, etc. And there was even free beverages in the refrigerator and workout equipment which was a great touch. I really enjoyed my time here, it felt like a home away from home.

Хорошая квартира, отзывчивый хозяин, быстро отвечает, разрешил нам на 3 часа пораньше заселится. Рекомендую.

Sunhee is a wonderful host! I arrived late in the evening and got a bit turned around as I had been awake for 24+ hours, but Sunhee was immediately responsive and told me exactly where to go and made sure I entered the unit fine. The unit is quiet with plenty of room, and the area is walkable. It is located inside the CGV Sanghyeon cinema building, and Sanghyeon station exit 3 is a few steps away from the building. The next time I am in the area for work, I will definitely be reaching out to stay again.

The location was great and Jooney was very helpful. I would definately stay here again.
