Waterfront holiday rentals in Suwon-si

This was a great location to stay in in Suwon! The Starfield Mall is really accessible with the bus stop in front of the accommodations and is one bus stop away from a train station (: Really loved having the mall downstairs to walk around at before heading to the airport as well. The only downside to this apartment is the size of the towels, it was smaller than we expected.

It was a warm and comfortable accommodation. The view was nice. Most importantly, the amenities inside the building were good. I used it conveniently without going around. Parking was also spacious and there were lots of spaces, so it was nice.

There was a lake park, so it was nice to take a walk, and it was beautiful to see the sky in the morning!

This is a lovely space in a wonderful location. The windows look out to the large and beautiful lake park, which is always lively with people out on walks and picnics on nice days. I'd say one of the best parts of our stay here is its close promixity to this park, which is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The host is responsive and welcoming. Overall pleasant experience!

Tidy place like home. The security was also clear, so I felt safe. There are all the necessary shopping malls in the building, so it was really comfortable.

The reason for the choice was that the view was so good, but again, the view after the sun went down on the terrace was fantastic. It was nice that it was👍 spacious, tidy, and well-equipped with basic products. My girlfriend's rating was also the best. If there was anything👍 unfortunate, I spent about😅 2 hours outside and went in.🤣 And it was so nice that there was an additional cost because I had to use the public parking lot.👌

I stayed here for 3 months, and it was a comfortable place in a great area. During the hot summer days, there's air conditioning, and for the colder winter days, Elliot provides extra blankets—though in my opinion, it shouldn't get too cold. If you enjoy hiking, prefer a quieter area, and want good restaurants nearby, this is the perfect spot. The subway Line 4 to Seoul and direct buses to Gangnam are also conveniently close. Elliot is very kind and does his best to make you feel comfortable. Gwacheon is in my opinion a nice beautiful and comfortable area !

Photos match the place, close to a subway what you could go everywhere. Cozy studio, with everything you need for passage, not luxuries, functional. Good stay.

The accommodation was the same as the photos, and the bathroom was small, but it was clean ~ The overall atmosphere of the house felt like I was in a cozy and cozy cabin, but it felt calm, so I rested well! The bedroom was really pretty! I was really satisfied that it was fluffy and the bedding was clean! I want to use it again next time ~😊

I enjoyed my two-week stay. It was my first Airbnb experience, and the hosts set a high bar. They were very friendly, responded quickly to messages, and took immediate action when I had questions. They ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The stay at Hans’s apartment was very cozy. The electric heated floors and scenic view made the cold evenings feel warm & comfy. It was presented well at arrival and most importantly very convenient to get to public transportation points and essentials for your stay [7-11 and Starbucks pit stops for the daily fix :]

It's close to the station, and the building and surrounding amenities are well equipped. The house was clean and well organized, and the host was very kind, so I was able to use it comfortably. I want to use it again if I get a chance.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
