Holiday rentals with lake access in York County

Beautiful place. We were in the area for a wedding so it was a perfect spot for us to stay. It had everything we needed and some! We really appreciate it. Thanks again.

Our time at Small Wonder was nothing short of magical. This was a 25+ year trip in the making to Maine and we were so please. Traci has a beautiful camp that has all the amenities of home and beyond. It was well stocked with all that we needed and more and the property was better than any photo shown. We enjoyed the remoteness and the sense of a community within the area and would love to spend more time here and at East Grand Lake in the future. Thank you from our family to yours! We stayed at Samantha’s for our annual ice fishing trip. We filled the place with six adults and had plenty of space for our gear, parking for four trucks and two snowmobile trailers with room to spare. The grill on the deck cooked our ribeyes to perfection and had a beautiful view of the lake. We are quite familiar with the area but the location makes it easy for anyone to find. When we had a question about the WiFi password we got a response immediately. This place checked all of our boxes, you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay at Nancy’s lake house. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and had everything we needed. Lovely back deck facing the lake made for a peaceful retreat. Nancy was quick and proactive in communication. Would recommend this to others.

Tina was a great host. Very responsive to questions. The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our group. We had a great time! I would definitely look to book with Tina again.

Carl's place was an amazing spot. so peaceful and lots of wildlife around. it was great in the winter but I am sure it would be even more amazing in the summer when the river is not frozen.

Was a great time. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Very private and quiet. The kayaks and paddle boards were an awesome addition. Marley was very quick to respond and react in anyway. Will hopefully return again.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! James kept me informed, gave easy-to-find directions and was very friendly! The house is immaculate! We needed help with the generator at one point, so we called the woman on the contact list and she was there to help in less than 20 mins. Very peaceful and lovely surroundings! :)

Kelley and Norm made us feel right at home. Their place is located on a wonderful lake, was very clean, and well appointed. A wonderful spot!

Anna and Andrew’s place was an amazing stay. We came up from Cape Breton to do some ice fishing, we were nervous about travelling at first, but the stay definitely helped us relax. Andrew was quick to help with locations and even provided us with gear to help us get into some fish. Lots of great fishing, the hosts were more than accommodating and responsive, overall a good trip. If you’re looking for a getaway where you can feel comfortable, this is the place for you! 🙂

This was a beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The apartment was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Looking forward to returning.

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

We had a wonderful weekend at Cindy and Gordon’s house. They were very helpful and tended to all our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy and lacked nothing. This place is highly recommended.

We have stayed in quite a few airbnbs and this by far was my favorite. It felt like home and was so cozy! I loved the decor. Our little ones LOVED the kid’s room and it was great to have toys there for them to play with. The kitchen had everything we could have needed! We had a great stay and hope to return in the fall!

We loved our weekend getaway at Alynn’s cottage! Their cottage is exactly as pictured, with a great lakeside view and a very nice rocky beach to have fires and relax! The screened in entertaining area is great if there happens to be rain so you can still enjoy the outside! The highlight for our group was definitely the large bay window with a beautiful view of the lake!

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

The cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The water was perfect for swimming and relaxing on the dock. I highly recommend bringing a canoe or kayak as the bay is calm and lots to explore. Ella Mae was a fantastic host and very responsive. Highly recommend and we look forward to going back.

awesome thoughtful getaway. kitchen has everything you could want at home - spices, dishware, cleaning supplies. beautiful view from living room and cozy kitchen. an entire shelf full of games and puzzles for everyone. really clean comfy beds, great smelling linens. my friends and I had a absolutely wonderful time would recommend Sweetwater cottage to anyone!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.
